Terms and Conditions for Using 407 ETR

Welcome to 407 ETR. These terms and conditions govern your use of our electronic toll highway system. By using 407 ETR, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using 407 ETR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use 407 ETR.

2. Use of the Highway

You agree to use 407 ETR in a safe and responsible manner. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped with a transponder or other approved payment method. You must comply with all posted signage and traffic laws.

3. Toll Payments

All tolls must be paid electronically using a registered transponder or other approved payment method. Failure to pay tolls may result in penalties and/or legal action.

4. Transponder Registration

You are responsible for registering your transponder and maintaining accurate information. You must notify us of any changes to your registered information.

5. Liability

407 ETR is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or injuries that may occur while using the highway. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your passengers.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Your continued use of 407 ETR constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.
